Return & Replacement Policy

Return and Replacement Policy in accordance with the law of the state of Kuwait and under the following conditions: 

Our valued customers can replace or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order:

• The products must be unused, in their original packaging and the trademarks and protective labels must be intact and in the same new condition as the product upon receipt. (Return the products in their original condition).
• Return or replacement of any product will not be accepted in cases of misuse/ experience/ installation or return.

• Return or replacement of any product made upon the consumer's designated specifications (such as distributions, and others...) shall not be accepted.

• Products in local retailers cannot be returned.

• You can return or replace products with manufacturing defects.

• If the product sent is invalid, we would afford the freight costs of returning it and forwarding the new order without incurring the customer any costs. 

• The customer shall afford the freight costs for product return or replacement upon his request (if the product sent is valid and at his request).

• In case of canceling the order before sending the product, the customer would retrieve the full amount paid via his account from which the transfer was made.
